Position Summary

Nymity is looking for a Vice President of Sales based in our Toronto office. Reporting to the COO, the Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overall revenue growth of the company; new business, customer retention and customer growth. They will be responsible for managing a team of business development representatives, new business account executives and account managers for existing customers. They will partner with the marketing, customer success and our subject matter expert teams to develop and execute growth strategies for the company.

We are looking for candidates with 7-10+ years of Director or Vice President level experience in software and/or SaaS sales. Candidates should have experience selling to enterprise and mid-market customers within a B2B environment that is led primarily through an inside sales based model. Responsibilities

Privacy Research Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Position Summary

As Privacy Research Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to Nymity’s research knowledgebase. This role reports directly to the VP Research and requires a strong interest in privacy compliance, a keen customer-focused and analytical mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work well in a team within a fast-paced environment.

As part of the Nymity Research team, the successful candidate will apply the Nymity research techniques to analyze relevant data privacy information, including, document analysis, surveys, case studies, and interviews. The Privacy Research Specialist will contribute to and develop a variety of new data privacy research content, using appropriate and creative methods. This role will also involve collaborating with internal stakeholders in the development of new Nymity Research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze global privacy and data protection developments

Angular2 Developer

Position Summary

The Angular2 Developer is responsible for the client side of our Angular(2/4) project. The primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface on the Angular platform. The main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app. The artistic design will be proviced after successful functional prototyping, and will require input in regards to CSS, and final HTML output. The Angular2 Developer will work in a team with the back-end developer, and communicate with the API using standard methods. A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering a complete front end application, ensuring high performance
  • Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented TypeScript, HTML and CSS
  • Working with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API (WebAPI)

Required Experience

Implementation Lead, EU Privacy Solutions

Position Summary

Nymity has an immediate need for an experienced global privacy professional to support our rapidly growing client base for the Nymity Attestor™ and ExpertPIA™ solutions. This position will be home-based and will support the continued growth and enhancement of existing and future Nymity solutions for demonstrating accountability and compliance, including Attestor, ExpertPIA and related frameworks and methodologies.

The Implementation Lead, EU Privacy Solutions will be responsible for managing the implementation and support programs for Attestor™ and ExpertPIA™. Responsible for client engagement, he/she will be a trusted advisor to Nymity’s clients around the world; as such, global experience and perspective are critical.

In addition to client engagement and project management, the Implementation Lead, EU Privacy Solutions will be a privacy subject matter expert and will stay up to date with global trends and emerging issues.

An exceptional communicator, the candidate easily develops relationships and has the ability to lead meetings with clients and other stakeholders. Flexibility and initiative are important, as specific work assignments will vary based on rapidly evolving client needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing client implementations for large organisations of the Attestor solution (demonstrating compliance, GDPR Art. 24) and the ExpertPIA solutions (Articles 30 and 35).
  • Co-ordinating onboarding activities to ensure clients understand how to maximise the potential of the tools
  • Liaising with the Implementation Lead, North America to align the global onboarding approach
  • Supporting the EU solutions team in recommending the most suitable product configurations to clients
  • Communicating new software releases to existing clients
  • Training of the Customer Success team to enable them to answer support questions relating to the tools

Required Experience
