Senior .Net Developer
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

 

Position Summary

Nymity is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our product development team in our Toronto office. Reporting directly to the CTO, the successful candidate has a passion for programming and thrives in an environment of solving interesting development problems.

This is a great opportunity to work with a team of .NET experts to gain deep knowledge on how to build reliable and scalable Web solutions. The successful candidate is an open minded developer that is motivated and self-sufficient, can quickly learn new techniques, and brings solid experience to the table. Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding of the business requirements as they relate to system development

Vice President of Sales

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Position Summary

Nymity is looking for a Vice President of Sales based in our Toronto office. Reporting to the COO, the Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overall revenue growth of the company; new business, customer retention and customer growth. They will be responsible for managing a team of business development representatives, new business account executives and account managers for existing customers. They will partner with the marketing, customer success and our subject matter expert teams to develop and execute growth strategies for the company.

We are looking for candidates with 7-10+ years of Director or Vice President level experience in software and/or SaaS sales. Candidates should have experience selling to enterprise and mid-market customers within a B2B environment that is led primarily through an inside sales based model. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a high growth, dynamic and changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS (Director or Vice President level)
  • Experience selling software to enterprise and mid-market customers within B2B environment
  • Leadership ability; managing and leading a team of 10+ or experience building a team from the bottom up with a primary focus on inside sales roles
  • Strong leadership presence in motivating, inspiring and driving the team to success
  • Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding sales quotas and targets (individual and team)
  • Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data

Scrum Master

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Position Summary

Nymity is looking for a Scrum Master to drive productivity and/or platform engineering teams by employing agile practices. We are looking for candidates with 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, backlog grooming and refinement, demo, retrospective, and daily stand-up meetings
  • Guide, coach and motivate the team to be highly effective, self-organized, productive and accountable, with an emphasis on achieving sprint commitments
  • Partner with product owner/product manager to effectively create, maintain and refine the product backlog
  • Facilitate communication channels for the Scrum/Kanban teams and associated business and technical stakeholders to ensure the vision, goals, progress and product delivery commitments are visible and well understood
  • Identify and remove impediments and blockers that prevents the teams from delivering their sprint goals
  • Teach, mentor, and facilitate Scrum and Kanban practices within the team as well as Agile Values and Principles
  • Manage the team dependencies and coordinate work with other internal or external teams/li>
  • Set and continually manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and team performance throughout the life of the project and monitor and manage project scope and deliverables

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Demonstrable 3-5 years hands-on experienced with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Former experience as a project manager and knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs
  • Experience providing facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, team empowerment and motivational techniques regarding Agile and Scrum/Kanban
  • Owner of one or more Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, CSP, CAL, PMI-ACP)

Security Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Position Summary

We are Nymity is looking for a Security Analyst that wants to gain experience with ISMS and ISO 27001 certification. The Security Analyst will be working with Nymity’s security experts to implement and support Nymity’s Information Security Management System and to gain in-depth knowledge of ISO 27001.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Implement, maintain and audit 27000 system including security and related policies
  • Support sales process responding to Security questionnaires and contracts, as required
  • Prepare and maintain reports supporting customer requests
  • Conduct penetration and vulnerability tests on a scheduled basis and advise on remediation of threats
  • Conduct IT reviews (log monitoring, access controls etc.)
  • Support and maintain Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Incident Response policies and processes, as required
  • Research the latest information technology security trends and work with IT to recommend security enhancements/li>
  • Communicate security-related concepts to a broad-range to technical and non-technical staff

Qualifications:
  • Security and Networking certifications (CISSP – minimum Associate)
  • Understanding of infrastructure-level vulnerabilities, including Network and Security devices

Business Development Representative

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Position Summary

With the rapid adoption of privacy laws around the World, privacy is both increasingly important and complex to manage. At Nymity, our mission is to support the privacy function. Nymity works with large enterprises to help them manage the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and the World’s privacy requirements.

As a Business Development Representative, you are responsible for driving demand for Nymity products by booking qualified solution demos. This is an outbound business development role on the Marketing team in our Toronto office and reports to the Director of Digital Demand Generation. You will work with an outstanding team of colleagues throughout the company. This role is critical to building the sales funnel and enabling the company to hit our pipeline and revenue goals.

You are a self-starter who owns your targets. Your instinct is to pick up the phone first, not send an email. You are results oriented and constantly looking to improve your metrics. You are a strong communicator and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound calling of Nymity prospects (target 50 dials / emails per day)
  • Qualifying demos for fit with Nymity (e.g. Budget/Authority/Need/Timeline)
  • Scheduling solutions demos with Account Executives
  • Ensuring all meetings are confirmed by the prospect
  • Providing regular reports to Sales and Marketing leaders on progress to targets

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Skilled with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Technology experience a plus
