Senior .Net Developer

Position Summary

Nymity is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our product development team in our Toronto office. Reporting directly to the CTO, the successful candidate has a passion for programming and thrives in an environment of solving interesting development problems.

This is a great opportunity to work with a team of .NET experts to gain deep knowledge on how to build reliable and scalable Web solutions. Digital Demand Generation Manager
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

 

Position Summary

At Nymity, our mission is to support the privacy office. With the rapid adoption of technology, privacy is both increasingly important and complex to manage. Nymity works with large enterprises to help them manage the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and the World’s privacy requirements.

As a Digital Demand Generation Manager, you are responsible for driving demand for Nymity products across all digital channels. This is a new position on the Marketing team in our Toronto office and reports to the VP of Marketing. You will work with an outstanding team of colleagues throughout the company. This role is critical to building the demand generation funnel and enabling the company to hit our lead, pipeline and revenue goals.

You thrive in the digital space and are adept at running multiple campaigns across channels. You live and breathe social media and know how to engage customers and prospects to drive demand. You are a “metrics junkie” and always able to show the results for each campaign and suggest new ways of improving how we analyze our pipeline and report our results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website – optimize the Nymity website for demand generation to drive increase in website leads, demos and content interaction.
  • Content – work with internal team and 3rd parties to develop compelling content for our target audience.
  • Cross channel campaigns – design, launch and optimize digital demand generation for Nymity products and with strategic alliance partners.
  • SEO – put in place a strategic plan to improve Nymity site SEO and report results to senior management.
  • SEM – develop Nymity’s SEM campaigns to maximize reach and return on ad spend (ROAS) across paid channels.
  • Social Media – plan and develop social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to drive demand for Nymity products.
  • Email marketing – design and build effective nurture campaigns to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity.

Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to help drive the strategy, execution and management of sales and marketing processes, tools, analytics and reporting. In this role, you will report to the VP, Marketing and support both the sales team and the marketing demand generation and customer marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales and marketing technology stack for sales, marketing and customer success including the CRM and marketing automation system (HubSpot) and recommend & evaluate new tools
  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to optimize lead flow, sales processes and sales methodologies to maximize ROI and productivity
  • Help sales, marketing and senior leadership make data driven decision by developing and maintaining sales and marketing analytics, reporting, KPIs and dashboards.
  • Assist marketing in the execution of all digital communications with prospect and customer base, including a variety of product-based drip and nurture campaigns

We are looking for a customer marketing Rockstar to lead the strategy and execution of the marketing to our customer base. This is a new position in the marketing department reporting to the VP, Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and liaise among the Brand & Communications, Product Marketing, and Customer Success and Support functions to increase customer advocacy (including speaking/media opportunities, referrals, testimonials, webinars, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention
  • Deeply connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Create, execute, and manage customer marketing campaigns that drive value for customers, and align with Nymity’s value propositions, messaging, and goals
  • Own your metrics; track, analyze and optimize customer engagement and advocacy efforts
  • Help Marketing and Customer Success & Support teams meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives

Product Marketing Manager

As a product marketing manager, you are responsible for making our products “fly-off the shelf.” You will work with an outstanding team of colleagues throughout the company. This role is the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales, customer success and marketing. You will be the product evangelist and will play an integral role in gathering ongoing customer feedback, working directly with the Product Owner to shape the roadmap and bring the best product to market. Organizing product launches is an important part of the role and you excel at this. This is a new position on the Marketing team in our Toronto office and reports to the VP of Marketing.

You know customers like the back of your hand: how they use the product today and what they will need in the future. You have a deep understanding of competitors – how they are positioned and what their strengths and weaknesses are. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful. You will work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the voice of the customer flows through everything we do. You will also collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer insight – deeply understand customers, how they use the product and anticipate their evolving needs.
  • Understand the competitive landscape – be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Market intelligence & buyer journey – be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Go Market Strategy –Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with other marketing team members, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Product Launch – Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Product Positioning – Collaborate with the product owner and marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Support Customer Facing Teams – Understand and support our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams and their challenges; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

DevOps Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Position Summary

Nymity is currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to provide support for our SaaS applications platform and lead our transition into the cloud.

An ideal candidate is a developer that is interested in branching out into operations or an ops engineer who is interested in involving or leading projects towards their next evolution.

BI/Reporting Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Position Summary

Nymity is currently looking for a BI/Reporting Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the CTO this role will be responsible for the analysis, design, development and deployment of BI applications.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively in technical and non-technical environments. Additionally, they will display excellent collaboration and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning Business Analysis Activities
  • Working with Product Development and Business team’s members, to understand and analyze business needs and design and develop data solutions by exploring data sources, analytics approaches to be used, e.g. mining, forecasting, visualization, etc. and executing to address the business needs;
  • Exploring new sources of information to uncover new business opportunities at all levels of the business (strategic to operational);
  • Exercising leading edge analytics skills in data visualization, mining, forecasting, etc. to address business needs;
  • Working with and presenting to all management levels;
  • Maintaining and expanding your knowledge of BI and current technology through training opportunities; and,
  • Working in an agile environment and contributing to the improvement of our development processes.
  • Conducting decision, business rules, risk, and interface analysis
  • Solve any ongoing data issues that arise throughout the data processing lifecycle

Requirements

  • Must be able to draw insights from structured and unstructured information
  • Competent in information systems design and information visualization techniques
