Developments Reflect Risk Activity
Developments are based on Nymity's proprietary research methodology used in the production of PrivaWorks Privacy Risk Advisory Report. Developments include case law, commissioners' findings, orders and investigations, fact sheets, corporate initiatives and other significant activities. The number of developments represent the current level of risk activity related to business activities. For example, in January 2007 there was an increased number of findings, orders and investigations for the 'Handling Access Request' business activity, while in December 2006 the 'Secondary Marketing' business activity recorded an increased number of findings, orders and investigations.
