the insurance sector based on the 63 transparency
criteria Nymity used for assessments. LAWPRO's
privacy code is based on the 10 privacy principles,
a common and effective structure for privacy policies
that many consumers have become familiar with
since the introduction of the Personal Information
Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
