		Nymity’s online research tools assist organizations with understanding compliance requirements and with implementing and maintaining an effective privacy program.

Nymity Research Tools include:

		Reference Research Nymity analyzes both the rules and expectations (authority documents) that define compliance requirements; and best-practices documents that define how to effectively implement a privacy program. The result of Nymity’s analysis is a Reference. A Reference is core to Nymity and serves both as a knowledge resource for subscribers and is the source of content found in the Risks/Controls Research tool (see below).
		Rules Research Nymity analyzes every rule from privacy Rule Sources (laws, regulations, codes and frameworks). The result of Nymity’s analysis is the ability to find specific rules that you need to comply with. For example, find rules related to over 50 business activities and/or based on privacy principles plus find definitions and enforcement powers by any jurisdiction in the world.
		Risks/Controls Research Nymity analyzes the References found in our Reference Knowledgebase to create checklists of risks and controls by business activity. The results of Nymity’s analysis provides you with checklists to assist with implementing a more effective privacy program, for example better policies and procedures, awareness programs and assessments.
