Roughly, what percentage of litigation comes from the FTC and other federal regulators, state attorney generals and private plaintiffs?
In the past, a much larger percentage was enforcement actions brought by state and federal regulators. Now we are seeing an increase in consumer class actions and as a percentage I think consumer class actions are the majority, or soon will be.
